About The Author

Joseph A. Laydon Jr. (MSG (E-8) Retired United States Army – 18Z5V) is the author and owner of Intensive Research Information Services And Products (IRISAP).  Joseph is a well-qualified instructor in international wilderness survival and the other 03 Survivals he teaches (Health Survival, Crime Survival and Money Survival).  He is a 20-year US Army veteran (Master Sergeant E-8 – 18Z5V) associated with all Special Operations units in the US military, as well as Special Ops units in the Mid-East and Central & South America.

He’s a qualified SERE Instructor (Survival Evasion Resistance & Escape) and has taught wilderness survival at the college level for 03 years.  He’s a qualified instructor in basic & advanced pistol marksmanship, basic & advanced rifle marksmanship, CQB (Close Quarter Battle), basic & advanced cross-country navigation, basic mountaineering techniques, and self-defense.  Since 1994, he’s published many self-improvement Survival Programs, Survival Videos, SPECIAL Reports, Intelligence Reports, monthly Newsletters, 90+ Survival Books (Kindle E-Books & CreateSpace Paperback Books) and more in the works.
